COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

RadioMontreux Sàrl / Wizwood ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
All content made available on or through our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, video, software, and other materials (the "Content"), is the property of the Company or its licensors (author, creator, producer, collector) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of any Content is strictly prohibited.

Content ownership can be from as follows:
  • Original Creator or Artist
  • Collector (purchased content from another creator, collector)
Contents uploaded in the website by members are presumed their original or authentic or a collection from an original creator or artist as confirmed by the member prior to uploading it.
If you believe that material available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement ("Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your Notice must include, at minimum, the following information:
  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notice must include:
  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Jurisdiction—e.g., where your business is located] and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Notice.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed material in our discretion, unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.
In accordance with applicable law, the Company reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice, the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any material alleged to be infringing, at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We may also terminate access to the Platform for users who infringe the rights of others, whether or not repeat infringement occurs.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
